Shipping and Delivery

Orders are typically processed within 72 hours beginning he next business day after order is placed, excluding weekends and holidays. Once your order has shipped it cannot be changed or cancelled and you will receive an email confirmation containing your tracking information. Please verify that your shipping address is correct before placing your order, as Pure Innocence Skincare is not responsible for lost or delayed shipments due to incorrect addresses, postal service delays, or unforeseen carrier issues.

Returns and Refunds

Due to the personal and hygienic nature of skincare products, we do not accept returns once an item has been opened or used. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or  incorrect due to an error of ours, please contact csr@pi-skincare.com within seven days of delivery for assistance. Our team will review your situation to determine whether a replacement or store credit may be issued. Be sure to  review your order carefully before checking out. Please note that we do not process cash refunds for any opened or used product.

Returns

1. Eligibility for Returns

Because our products are beauty and personal care items, they must meet these conditions to be eligible for a return:

• Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging and processing error on the part of Pure Innocence.  Ordering wrong item is not eligible for returns.

• Returns must be requested within  7 days of the delivery date.

• Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on any opened, used, or tampered products unless they arrived damaged or defective.  All items returned will be checked prior to processing any refunds.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:

• Opened or used products

• Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Clearance

No refund will be given for products shipped to wrong address.  Please take time to confirm your  shipping address  was entered correctly before checking out.  Products will only be shipped to the same address for the billing of the method of payment used.
