Are your products safe to use everyday?
Yes,  they have been  formulated for everyday with ingredients that won't dry your skin and cause irritation.  However, we recommend that you do a patch test before using any new product.

Can I use these products on my face too?
“Great question! Our formulas are designed for body use only, so I don’t suggest using it on the face. The skin there is more sensitive.  We are working on a great formula specifically designed for facial use....look for it soon.

What makes Pure Innocence Skincare products different from others?

Are the products vegan or cruelty-free?
Yes — all Pure Innocence Skincare products are 100% plant-based and never tested on animals.

Will this help with dryness or ashy skin?
Absolutely.  Our body butter and serums penetrate deeply for hydration.  Layering the two locks in moisture as well as protects the skin barrier from outside elements keeping your skin smooth and hydrated all day.

How long before I see results?
Everyone's skin is different, but most people notice their skin feels softer and more hydrated after the first few uses. For more visible results, we recommend using the products consistently for about 2 weeks.

Are these products safe for sensitive skin?
We carefully select our ingredients to minimize irritation and support the skin’s natural barrier. However, everyone’s skin reacts differently, so we always recommend a patch test before full use.  If you have acne prone skin, eczema, psoriasis or any skin sensitivity we only recommend our Calm line, as all other products contain fragrance and color dye which may cause skin irritation.

How should I store the products?
Keep them in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and small children. Always close lid  tightly after each use.  Avoid leaving them in the shower for extended periods to preserve quality.  

Do these products expire?
Each product has a shelf life of one year after opening as long as the product is stored in a cool dry place and lids are tightly secured after each use. 

What is your processing and shipping times?
Our goal is to process each order as quickly as possible, however standard processing times are 72  hours beginning the next business day the order is place.  Weekends and holiday are excluded. Shipping times vary based on the shipping method chosen at checkout and region.  We cannot be responsibled for delays out of our control.  Once order is processed you will receive an email with shipping information so you may track your package.
